This Habanero “soulful sauce” is a little bit hot, a little bit smoky and a lot delicious. Made with the finest ingredients including dark brown sugar, wine vinegar, tomato paste, real habanero peppers and spices, this sauce is inspired by Chef Walter Brooks’ Caribbean heritage. Founder Walter Brooks experienced food insecurity as a child, but his strong entrepreneurial drive led him to successful ventures in the hospitality and automotive industries. A life-changing medical event turned him to what would become his true passion in life: cooking.
